Still on NURSES: The Journey Ahead

Nurses in the Phillipines were left behind. Almost 200,000 nurses are unemployed. What to do?

First, Complete your trainings and add more seminars. Make yourself competent among others.

As for me, We were from the middle class family but still, I cannot afford to waste money on trainings. Thats why almost a year I stayed at home. Yes, bum.  I went on searching for job opportunities. Call Center and Nursing Jobs abroad. I then realizeed that jobs abroad needs 1-2 years of experience. It came to  my thinking that  I should better work as a volunteer.

Palakasan or Backer System is still a must. You have to have one to be able to be trained for free. or to have allowance. Some hospitals have fees for their trainings.  Yes, Its tough. Its very tough. All we need is a little patience.

Comes 2020, Nurses are in demand again. because BABY BOOMER GENERATION retires.
Because of this, I want to specialized in Geriatrics and Oncology. 300k/month salary? not bad. But we have to waittttttt...

While others are busy on their jobs, yes they are earning, but in the long run, Volunteers will make a difference.

I wrote this to encourage unemployed nurses to not lose hope. Hope it will help.

Just a little Patience Dear Nurses, More Patience. Our time will come and We will Shine.
